Player Waiver/Release: As player/parent/guardian/coach, I hold legal responsibility for the participant associated with this registration. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Generation Sports, and/or its affiliate organizations, employees, coaches, including but not limited to its owners, from any and all legal actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for upon, or by reason of any injury which at any time may be sustained by the participant participating in an Next Generation Sports event. I certify and agree that the registered participant is physically capable of participating in the Next Generation Sports event. By completing registration as a player, parent, guardian, and/or coach, I understand and agree to the terms of this waiver/release. I agree that all information stated within this registration is factual.
-By completing this registration form and payment , I understand that a refund will not be provided due to a the participant ie player/athlete lack of participation's, or failure to participate in or attend the Next Gen Academy.
