TEAM WAIVER

On behalf of myself, coaches, players, and administrators, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Next Generation Sports Network (NGS) and its videographers, photographers, insurers, predecessors, successors, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, volunteers, and participants from any and all claims, obligations and liabilities that may presently exist or that may exist in the future arising from any injury to the person or property of my above-named individual/players/team or ward that results from or related to, or that in the future may result from or relate to, his/her participation in any NGS activity including, but not limited to, his/her participation in NGS sponsored games, clinics, practices, his/her travel in connection with such activities, and the administration of emergency medical care as authorized in this document. I further verify that I myself/team or ward is physically fit to enter this basketball program. I also grant permission to NGS and its contracted affiliates to use any taken interviews, videos, photographs, pictures, and any other form of images that are taken by NGS. I consent these can be used in social media posts, write-ups, documentaries, web postings as well. I have read and fully understand the above statements.

REFUND POLICY: NGS will provide a full refund if a tournament does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued due to the inability or unwillingness to attend/participate in an event. A refund will not be provided due to a team's forfeit or "no show" to a tournament or showcase game
